Hello. I’m about to rent out my house so need a landlord cert on the boiler. Combi boiler was installed around 2001 with vertical flue according to manufacturers instructions. The required minimum distance from adjacent wall was only 210mm (see pics).

Do I need to move the flue or boiler to comply with current regs ?

Any advice would be appreciated.
