I just had new central gas heating system installed and there is a tall 160cm narrow radiator in the bathroom along with relatively tall 120cm towel rail/dryer about 1.5m away from it.
Day after installation I have discovered a leak in the radiator so it will have to be replaced, I have closed radiator valve and to my surprise, towel rail went cold.
I have contacted installer and he said that both radiator and towel rail are on "one line" because both radiator and towel rail is "tall" it will help with hot water distribution between them.
So here is the question, is he feeding me a line or does his claim hold some water (no pun intended)?
