very old brass taps

i've got an old bathroom suite (eagle clawed bath, brass taps that need leather washers; you get the picture)but we need and want new taps now. we have been told that as they are so old we will need to get ones with longer tails on them. does anyone know where we can get non-standard ones from? cheers

why limit yourself extend the pipe work instead

tried searching but couldn't find taps with a 3" tail and unfortunatley cant extend pipe works as there is a built-in soap dish that raises from the top of the bath. its all proving a right pain in the ars.
