Hi all,

I’ve had a Geberit concealed toilet cistern installed with a pneumatic dual-flush button. The flush button is very very difficult to push, once pushed it does flush but it requires a lot of effort. Is this normal for a pneumatic flush button?

Not that normal, it can require a bit of pressure, but not loads. I’d have it checked to see I’d there’s a kink in the tubing.

It’s already a bit stiff when not connected, worse when connected. There doesn’t appear to be a kink.

This is the first pneumatic flush I’ve had, so I’m not sure what a reasonable amount of pressure is?
