Vibration noise, any ideas pmease

Hi all

I have lived in this property for a couple of years now, and on returning to the house this morning I have noticed a completely new vibration/humming noise coming from around the kitchen area, possibly sounding like it’s between the ground and first floor. It can’t be heard from upstairs, but can from downstairs.

I have turned all electricals off, even isolated all electrics at the fuse box, isolated the gas aswell. Nothing has stopped the vibration!

Would anyone have any ideas please?
