VIDEO DOOR ENTRY, BELLISSIMO RANGE

Good afternoon everybody

i have purchased a bell systems video door entry system for my 2 flats, i want to install the system myself, i have some electrical experience not much though.
I was wondering if i could ask the forum for some help on the correct wiring of such system.
I have run 2 cat 5 cables form the garage to the the twin exterior buzzer/microphone panel, and one cat 5 cable to the gate lock. i just need some help with the wiring, ie if someone could supply me some simplified instructions please.

And as this is flats, are you allowed to do any electrical work in communal areas? Do you have PL insurance?

Video phones 1 x cat 5 for each to the BSC4 unit

1 x cat 5 between the BSC4 unit and the door controller BSD8 with adjacent 12v psu.

1 x cat 5 cable from the BSD8 for panel

1 x cat 5 cable for latch lock / open

1 x cat 5 to gate from BSD8 panel
