If you dont want your photo taken then you need to only go out at night or stay inside because when your out your image is captured hundreds of times so someone with a camera is not going to make much difference.
Also, unless your actually doing something wrong then your very unlikely to end up on the tube - that's reserved for things of interest.
Or perhaps your doing a really good job and the photo's/video will advertise your good work for free.
