Looking for advice, I am wanting a new kitchen floor and was looking at having vinyl tiles in an attempt to warm things up a bit, what can I expect to pay to have these laid, there is 20 square metres they are going down on to a concrete screed floor which will need levelling first tile cost around £18 square metre plus adhesives.
