I do not know how to advise you.
The door wrapping has clearly failed.
If want to remove the whole skin a heat gun might help but then you have to colour match the finish, and the sheen level.
There are companies that I believe can re-wrap doors, you have to factor in collection/delivery costs.
I am hoping that someone else can help. I have a couple of customers with doors that have wrapping that has delaminated.
In you case, perhaps buying a replacement door will be cheaper.

Vinyl wrap doors such as this often cannot be repaired when the vinyl starts to delaminate. I suspect this is because the surfaces get contaminated by steam, etc, although you might have some success with spray contact adhesive, providing the vinyl hasn't shrunk in the meantime.
One question about location - was the door immediately above a kettle or other source of heat and/or moisture? Kettles located just below vinyl wrap doors are often the culprit in causing this damage (my MIA cream crackered two doors in succession that way)
BTW the process used to make the doors is to spray the MDF blank with a PUR (heat activated polyurethene resin adhesive), stretch the vinyl over the surface, then bond together in a heated vacuum press. This is why they cannot be repaired so easily.
