Visitor cannot hear me from outside on Intercom

Hi, Firstly I want to say hello to everyone.

I have an LT Seko unit in my flat (2 other flats also in the house) that works well except from not being able to communicate with any visitors. I have posted a pic in the hope that someone may be able to help me resolve the issue Does everything look right on the pic?

hmm.. that would be too easy. Unfortunately, the other flats are working fine Anymore ideas or suggestions?
