vokera boiler, no heat upstairs ,fine downstairs

grand will do , also the pipework seems to be a very big bit iffy, never noticed before but the c/h outlet from the boiler pipes , should they all be going into thermostat ends of rads, or does it not really matter? i have 4 going into trv ends and 2 going into the outlet ends im thinking that is way wrong been like that 10 yrs??

Until about 10 years ago all TRVs needed to be on the flow.

The Drayton TRV 4 is by-directional and have a double arrow at 90° on the side to indicate they work either way round.

Many old ones will work if wrongly fitted but may bang as stey start to turn off.
