My Vokera boiler will not keep pressure, I have recently had two new towel rail radiators put in and am worried that this might mean I have a leak under the floorboards (I can't see a leak anywhere else) or maybe there could be another reason for this?
There used to be a flow pressure restrictor thingy in the boiler but this was removed as the flow was too slow so maybe that has something to do with it? Anyway any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

If I top up the pressure it will only go to 1 before it starts flowing out of the overflow pipe and then dropped down to 1/2 within 30 mins

You have found your problem.

You need a new pressure relief valve possibly a new filling loop or education in how to use it properly, and maybe a new expansion vessel, but certainly it needs checking.

Thanks for your help, I will get it checked. Do you think it is safe to use for the moment, i.e. top up the pressure and turn the heating on?
