Look at the FAQs for "recharging expansion vessl"

In faq it says presure would vary 10prc. If it has to do with exp. tank. It seems for me that we have a bigger problem. Any short comment why you think its exp vessel.

Because it's a common problem and would be identified by the exact symptoms you describe. Check the pressure when the central heating has been on for half an hour or when hot and if your expansion vessel is flat, or worse, split, the pressure will be above three bar and the pressure relief pipe which pokes out the external wall behind the boiler should be dripping. As water has been released from the system, when it cools, the pressure will drop and you will need to repressurise. Does your heating come on twice a day? This would explain why you need to refill it twice a day.
As said just check the pressure when heating is up to temperature. If it's really high then the expansion vessel is the cause.
