Vokera Excel boiler help pls

Hi all,

A friend has just purchased a flat it has a Vokera Excel boiler in it, so im told.

There are no instructions left with it, and it sound like ive been vaulenteerd to go see if i can get it going for her.....

Any advice on it would be great....

Im not talking about doing anything other than turning it on and using it..... I dont do boiler repairs etc...leave them well alone...

Just think it might be good to have some kind of info on it before i turn up.

Its a big white looking thing fastened to the wall.

It is used to provide heating and hot water.

Joking aside, is it not working at all.

Has the pilot light gone out?
