My hot water from my boiler is only reaching 30-32 deg C. The boiler is roughly 5years old, I have had a new 3 port valve overhaul kit put on and the valve actuator replaced, my gas rate is 2.5m3/hr and burner pressure is at 8.8mbar which are both correct as per manufacturers instructions. There is no hot water going down the c/h pipes and the burner stays continuously lit whilst the hot tap is open, could really do with a point in the right direction here as I've run out of options, thanks!!!!![/b]

At 10 litres at minute it will be performing to manufactures specification.

Aren't combi boilers crap. :)

Get yourself a nice unvented cylinder.

Or reduce flow rate to 5 litres a minute should get you better rise in temperature.

The flow rate is about 10ltr/min and when u reduce it down u get a max of 39 deg C, I have rang Vokera but they are about as useful as a chocolate fire guard

My guess would be you are loosing a small amount into the cold central heating pipes.

With the central heating up to temperature do you get good hot water?

If so divert valve problem.

The boiler is working at near capacity so the heat is going somewhere.
Must be into the central heating.

or it could be the hot water spindle has snapped. then you will think you have increased the temp but haven't.

A common problem on lineas etc

What is the temp of the hot water supply under the boiler ?
