Vokera transmitter reciever

Can anyone help? I tried to change the time on my transmitter and ithe now looks as if it's reset itself and is now flashing constantly ..I'll try attach a picture ....when I hold it in its bringing up the word pass and then you turn the encoder and it had number to choose from......please help...been stressing out for about 2 hours and have now turned off my boiler as my heating won't go off.....thanks in advance

Thank you but I have these instructions already....it doesn't seem to say anything about it showing on the screen pass 00 though which is why I'm confused. I've followed all those steps but the actual transmitter svreen won't do anything atall.
