volkera 80 manual pilot stays on

hi all

got a few problems with my volkera boiler. The manual pilot stays on but the burner does not light or does but only low. Fan etc seems to work ect.

yeah its like the valve has not got the power to open fully, the burner some times lights but only very low..

does it do this in both heating and hot water?

have you ever changed a gas valve on one

do the new gas valves come with the big black plunger that you press in to light the boiler (replaces the grey one) and the solniode valve. or do you swap them over..

the whole lot as in the the swap the bits over. Im only asking cause the valves look the same, just mine has the electric valve (black box) over the gov.

then you will need to get someone to do it for you, you will need to check/set the gas pressures.
