volkera excell 80E DHW slow flow

Hi,

i am hoping someone can tell me if my boiler is worth repairing.

i have noticed over the last year that the hot water flow must be turned quite slow to get hot water (6 litres per minute for hot (60 deg), 10 litres for luke warm) at the tap.

The CH is fine and gets very hot quite quickly.

Both thermostats are turned to max, minimal leaks in system. one or two top ups a year.

When the central heating is on and hot, the HW is hotter and can run faster the way i expect it should.

is this an easy problem to fix and any idea how much ?

any recommendations on a reliable combi boiler plumber in edinburgh area to fix it or quote for a new boiler? (been ripped off too much by tradesmen lately)
