Depends on the type of load 
3% for lighting, and 5% for the rest (pretty much).

DNO limits on supply voltage are +10% -6%
so for 230v anything between 253v and 216v is ok.

Well 216.2 but pointless arguing over 1/5 of a volt 
i nearly put the .2 on aswell
