Hi all…here we have approx 236v in pre meter. When a heavier load (kettle, freezer, shower, toaster etc…) kicks in it drops to approx 130v and obviously fails to work (and lights dim).

Isolated everything and used just 1 said heavier load item and always a drop occurs.
OK ok lighter loads ie lights etc….

Electrics not my specialty as I’m a Gasman (so used to working safe).
Just happened yesterday. Very recently workmen dug 2 x 3ft holes in street for some unknown reason and covered (maybe not related nor electrical).
Hopefully a couple of pics posted may help.
Could this be supply to property ?

Thanks
