Got a vw transporter, got no power is just creeping along any ideals chaps, took to garage they changed one part still no different now there talking turbo sounds like there guessing

There's a little lever coming out of the middle of the turbo, check that it hasn't stuck in the low pressure position. Just a bit cheaper than a new turbo, though a main dealer will want to replace the unit. It can be hard to stop it sticking again.
Other options, no turbo boost pressure due to a leak in the intercooler/inlet manifold piping.
Dirty air filter though unlikely, fuel starvation.

egr valve clean/failure very common too, goes into limp home mode.
