Wago's and boxes

Hi. Please could someone clarify for me? I'm aware if you use Wago connectors they need to be in an enclosure. If you're using them behind for example a fused spur, does the earthed metal back box count as a suitable enclosure? Or do they have to be inside a plastic choc box inside the earthed metal back box?!

Behind a FCU in the metal back box is fine.

Just to clarify, you cannot place the connectors behind the metal box, but within it, behind the faceplate.
