if a room containing a toilet is converted to a walk in shower room with wash hand basin and toilet , with a height of ceiling less than 2.25 mtr, does the lighting require upgrading.room size is approx , 2.5by1.5by2.2.

You dont say what lighting is there already? Lights must be be suitable for zone and conditions (is it a wet room? will they be hosed down?)
