Wall crack damage of concern?

Property is a large freehold with 6 or so 1 bed dwellings, approx 17 years old

Large crack external wall as seen in pic and damage covered up to the inside of the wall, & window frame

Our concern is that.. is this possible foundation/Structural trouble? Thanks for looking!

Doesn't look good but then I'm not a structural engineer. This is the type of person you need to ask to investigate, not some stranger on an internet forum. Whatever decision you make has to be based on the knowledge, wisdom and advice of professionals.
