Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I've bought a new house and I've found a few issues that I need to sort out.
Can anyone recommend how I can fix this?
It looks like there is painted wall paper on top with a crumbly substance underneath. Is there any way to fix this without having to re paper the whole room?
