Wall Hung WC problems

Hi there,

I am trying to install a wall hung wc (it is a villeroy and boch, with a concealed fitting system - which consists of two M12x150mm screws that attach to the threaded rods coming out from the grohe and go into a plastic holder that has a screw which you can tighten through a hole in the side of the wc).

The frame is a grohe rapid sl (the instructions are pretty ****e).

The problem I am having is that it is, for want of a better word, wobbly. You cannot pull it away from its position, but you can sway it up and down.

It doesn't feel like the grohe is moving (much, as it looks like the metal rods do move a slight amount), so I'm thinking it may be the connectors on the wc itself.

Does anyone have any experience of fitting either of these items and if so, is the villeroy and boch connector reliable? What about the grohe, are they , err, stiff enough? lol.

Any ideas gratefully received!!!
