Hi All,

I need a wall mounted extractor for our downstairs bathroom, it will be switch operated rather than humidistat.

It will be mounted in the cavity wall just below ceiling height in the far corner of the shower enclosure (1400x900 enclosure).

What do people recommend?

Thanks
Chris

What is the height of the fan above floor level?

How much room have you got?

Is it a 100mm duct? Are you going to make a new hole?

Will be a new hole, I'd have to measure but my guess would be 2200mm as its a raised shower tray

It's measured from the floor. Accurately.

So if the fan casing is tight to the ceiling, and is 2250mm or more high, it would be outside zones.

But an IP45 will be preferable anyway

Has to be in the wall, its a flat roof above and I'm not cutting holes in the epdm covering and messing about repairing it
