wall paper on a cement wall

Hi I am trying to fix up a sun room. The room was built on to the house, so half of the walls are cement. I want to wall paper but cant find any thing that will stick, can anyone help me?

Might be an idea to skim the wall with fine plaster

Mary, over here wallpaper just wont stick to a cement rendered wall...or rather ot wont stay stuck long...to much air gets trapped.

Do as Masona suggestes and get the walls skimmed over first
