I live in a classic raised ranch bi-level home. My attic is a fink truss. I bought this*house*as a bank property but through my research am trying to figure some stuff out. The ex owner I know swapped the kitchen and dining. Why I dont know, but I want to re open as I think the area in my picture that is marked with the red x was already open. I am almost positive this is half a dummy wall as all my neighbors have the classic design. Also I dont even think this wall is load as above is a fink truss attic. When I pulled the floor molding I can also see where the wood floor continues under what seems the dummy wall. Also you can see my arch is their door opening to the left.

Truss design tends to mean that they span between exterior walls, and all interior walls are meerly non-load bearing partitions

Is the attic directly above this wall?
Usually those trusses are intended to span side wall to side wall.
Can you locate the position of this wall in the attic, and see if the drywall carries right through? If so, the wall won't be structural.

The attic is directly above but in my original pictures my neighbors are all open. I think the red box I drew is a dummy portion also I can see the wood floors running directly under the sill under the wall. Tge wall also is nit even directly under the bottom of the w in the fink design its slightly to the side. The w in the design is runing from front to back of the house the pitch of the roof is running side to side of the house and the wall is running side to side.

Best way is just to get up in the attic above where the (presumed) dummy wall is. If you can see a header, then the wall is probably structural.
If there is no header and the drywall runs straight above, its almost certainly not structural.
