Wall tie question

Hi folks,just joined the forum,as i thought it may be useful while im building my garage.question is,what brick ties do i need to use and where do i put em exactly,(eg every other coarse etc).construction is single skin concrete blocks with piers.thanks.

Brick ties are normally required for cavity walls.

Ok cheers folks.so not really needed then.thinking of having the piers externally.
