My dear husband is not too hot on DIY (I can't complain, neither am I) and a few months ago he re-papered our lounge.
He's at the age where his eyesight is starting to change, and he really needed to wear his reading glasses to do the job properly. He didn't (I did suggest it, several times, but to no avail!)
So now we have wallpaper that is bubbled in several places. I have put up with it until now, in the vain hope that they would eventually dry out. But they haven't. And with lights on (they are high up, close to the ceiling, they look awful.
Is it too late to do something to get rid of them?
Any advice welcome!
