I have just replaced my washing machine as i thought there was a problem with it as it was filling with water when not in use. Anyway new machine is in and all parts replaced including inlet valve, but new machine is doing this now could this be something to do with my drains?

a big thanks to chrishutt, cant believe it was so simple, had this problem for 7 months and it was driving me mad (although i am but a mere woman so maybe that was the problem) washing machine working perfectly now. Cheers
