I have a small galley kitchen upstairs, t&g chipboard floor.
I don't like fitted units, I would prefer freestanding so I can have unbroken skirting with wall to wall lino, and if I ever need to get in amongst the services beneath the floor I would prefer it if the lino wasn't glued down (it will need a couple of threshold strips at the doorways) I don't mind replacing the lino if it has to ever come up but if it's glued down...jeez...that won't be fun
Will the washing machine make the lino wander about if it's not glued, or if the machine wanders will it trash the lino?
Any tips?
What sort of lino would be best?
