Hi, I'm new here, just need a quick bit of advice.
I live in rented accommodation. My landlord has, somewhat reluctantly (we're on good terms but he's a tight-fisted old so-and-so), provided a second hand w/m (Bosch Maxx) which has been running fine until recently. It's now developed a fault - it washes OK, but after a period of non-use, I open the door to find a pool of dirty smelly water in the drum, which has to be baled out.
Waste pipe blocked? I just need to know - is this an easy fix, or should I be talking landlord into replacing? Advice appreciated.
