washing maching not spinning

please help ,,,, my machine will not spin, we have cleaned filter, sorted pipes, and checked belt all ok xxx not sure what to do now and as single parent can not afford a plumber to fix it
 
You don't need a plumber. Make and model number helps. Check motor brushes.
