Hello,

I'm thinking about installing Geberit Duofix toilet frame (height 112cm). I have a vertical clay pipe opening in the floor (10cm diameter) that is about 18cm off from the center of the planned frame position (please don't ask me why, this can't be changed). I was researching intensively what my options regarding the waste pipes are. The complication here is that I need a boss connection (can be 40mm or 32mm, it doesn't matter) as I would like to connect the waste from the sink to the toilet waste (I am aware that I will need to have to install a bottle trap with an anti-syphon). I see two solutions (see the attached file for illustration):

1. Buy this:

2. Buy one of these:

and two of these:

and two of these (to connect the pieces together):

Obviously option 1 is easier to implement, but I'm not so sure of all those flexible connections (I won't have an access to it without destroying tiling and plasterboard around the frame).

Which option is better in your opinion?

Another doubt I have is about pipe diameter. I see that the pipe clamp that comes with Geberit frame is for pipes of 90mm and Geberit supplied HDPE pipes and fittings suitable for those frames. I'm not sure about using the multikwik fittings above as they are slightly larger diameter. Can I use them at all?

I would appreciate any advice.
