Will I be able to install wall hung toilet with horizontal waste pipe?

Hi all,

Had a back to wall toilet before which has gone fault. I want to replace with a wall hung one, but unsure if the waste pipe will be a problem.

Planning on getting this cistern from geberit:

However shows the fitting for waste pipe going downwards. Does it have capability to take horizontal waste pipe?
