I got a £65 fine for driving through a part time pedestrian area. It's by a school, but at 2:45 so there was nobody about.
Never heard of those, and the signage isn't at all clear. It looks like a parking restriction.
There are no marks on the road.
It was on the way to the dentist. The bill for that is going to be 5 figures (several implants) but somehow the ticket is more annoying.

Quite common round these ways. The restriction signs are at the entrance to several roads leading to the schools.
