Call the Supplier and the maker.

Carefully check for "Hairline" cracks, use a strong torch, shine the beam not "at" the surface but along the lengths of the bath sides helps spot cracking, also watch the area around the waste for cracking.

Right.

Only thing I can suggest is call the supplier and the makers.

Have you checked on-line to see if it is a problem with bath you have?? or indeed the maker

Ken.

Got any pics? Did the waste fittings come with the bath (or were specified by the bath makers) or did you fit a generic waste from b & q or similar?
Reason for Q- if the bath is a laminate sandwich the waste needs to be ducted through the laminate- on a conventional bath that isn't required.

I wonder how water comes out "of the material itself."

Cracks?

Or waterjet/jacuzzi holes?

Or the overflow?

If its been installed to the MI's, then it has to be a faulty product. Refer to manufacturer.
