Water in cavity wall

We have had an extension built with bifolding doors along the back wall. The cavity has water in it which increases when it rains, the highest it's been is 7 inches deep. The walls at the side have been built up so you cannot see the cavity but we have taken out a block in the internal wall and the water is down there too. There is a 16 inch void between the foundations at the bottom of the cavity and the damp course. The photo shows the cavity which is still on show infront of the bifolding doors. What should we do? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Your builder should have filled your cavity with concrete fill up to two course below DPC or to underside of floor insulation, which ever is the lowest. Could still be done but pig of a job.
You must have high water table
