Water leaking from Range Tribune HE. Help!

Noticed a leak from black valve at end of silver bendy tube. Pressure was 0. Managed to increase pressure from advice given on another forum here. Thank you. However still have significant drop. Will it stop now now pressure has been increased or do we require another solution/plumber?!!

If it's leaking from around the black handle, then the solution is to replace the valve. Or more likely, both of them.
 
That's a shoddy fill loop setup. If the pressure loss is from there then 2 check valves are required, both with taps. However, if the pressure was on 0 and depending how long it takes the pressure to drop to 0 again I'd be looking elsewhere for a system leak.
