Hi,
I have a metal building that has been added onto a garage, the metal building isn't built particularly well, the previous owner built it him self i believe.
Basically the issue is the outside floor level is the same as inside.the metal goes straight down to the floor. When it rains the water runs in under the metal and causes damage to everything in side.
I have thought about putting a course of bricks around the edge under the metal (to create a drip edge ) then have a channel drain all the way around.
Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated before i tear the thing down in anger!!
