Hello...

Had a back room redone.

New joists, osb boards, slopes and a new glass fibre roof. Water is pooling. Looks like quite abit. He fixed it once he said but still after the rain same thing. Whats the solution?

Whats the solution?
Some furring strips that actually work, joists that don't bow or have them crowning rather than dipping, seams that don't stand to tall, reduction of material build up at the run-off exit?

Or just ignore it. Most flatties have some residual water. Flat roofs don't become damaged because they are wet.

If you've new truly had the roof completely redone with new joists and firrings (I assume that is what you mean by slopes), then you've been had. That's a joke of a job and not the work of a half decent roofer

Personally I doubt there are any firrings at all judging by the way the water is sitting: if it was mine I'd be demanding it be redone properly. Did you bring the insulation up to date while you were at it?

OP,
Ponding is never acceptable on a newly built flat roof.
Your roof has a tiny fall across the roof - a new roof cover should show a definite fall.
The drip edge has a slight lipping - this lipping is preventing water from discharging over the drip edge.
This could be because the drip edge & fascia might have been fixed incorrectly - perhaps a little too high?
The drip piece on the fascia should be projecting a bit further out over the gutter.
