Hi all,

I'm having 2 different water pressure problems in my work accommodation (it's on a commercial site).

1 is - the cold feed to the bath dips for 1 second at exactly every 67 seconds. This makes having a shower hilariously precarious in that I'm having to countdown in my head how far away it is until I might scald my cock.

AFAIK the mains comes into the building and is then pumped to 2 Olympic swimming pool sized tanks. I think my bath cold is coming straight off the (pumped?) mains. If this is correct, what would cause the pump to cut out every 67 seconds?

2nd problem is - the cold pressure to the basin and toilet constantly terrible. It's a dribble. I initially thought it might be airlocked but I've tried to shift it twice without any luck. I'm assuming it's perhaps partially blocked or there's an isovalve turned down somewhere down the line. I may just T off the bath cold and bring that across unless you helpful people can suggest anything else.

You need to talk to the Building Facilities manager, commercial sites can be complex, you hint at a CWB set, but don't really know how the system is configured, Ask the person responsible and report your fault to them ;)
