It could just be dripping intermittently. How about starting again at the start and describing your problem in full, along with anything you've done to diagnose so far
Put a plastic sandwich bag over the end of the pipe from the PRV, held tightly in place with an elastic band - any water loss will be collected in the bag.
low water pressure...no water comes out of prv pipe..tried with a covered container..had eng come out quickley he said expansion and prv valve error..but again no water i have seen from the prv pipe..if it was blocked would the boiler start up ect..
