Hi all, I have a situation where I think water is tracking along an external pipe, and then in through the wall causing damp.
It's a 22mm gas pipe that exits through a solid brick wall, then travels externally upwards on the outside of the wall.
Water is dripping off the pipe inside, where it enters.
I think it's rain that is running down the outside of the pipe, and in through the wall.
I am thinking silicon round the pipe where it enters the wall, but are there any better ideas? As I said, it's a gas pipe, so I don't really want to start hacking out mortar or cutting it to fit a collar or a drip loop.
Thanks
