Watering Rose that screws on to pop bottle

Can anyone help me find a small plastic rose/spray to screw on the top of an old pop bottle. I have only ever seen them twice. Once at a visit to Shrewsbury Flower Show and once as a freebie in a gardening magazine. Mine has cracjked and I need to replace. Anyone out there who can help?
