waterproofing a retaining wall !

Hi,
I'm in the process of building a 3-4 foot retaining wall for a raised patio area. The wall is being made up of concrete filled blocks.

I'm trying to find a product I can use on the inside of the wall (which will be back filled) which will protect the wall from water. Is there some kind of waterproofing resin I could paint on ?

Any ideas appreciated.

Might want to add some weepholes to release water pressure at say 2m centres..
