    Appologies for the naff diagram.

My outhouse lets in water, surprisingly. It is concrete floor, concrete slab roof (with no overhang) and single brick walls. I can see no evidence of a DPC for the outhouse. How can I waterproof the walls? And what can I do about the floor? Most of the moisture seems to seep through the brickwork.

Effectively, I want to use the space as a wash house and fit a kitchen type sink and worktop into the area, along with a washing machine.
