The government is supposed to be committed to reducing unnecessary waste, including energy.

Why do they allow 1 person to address 5 others in a massive hall, which uses large amounts of energy for heating, lighting and audio/visual equipment? Surely they have smaller rooms which would be cheaper? And why do these things late in the day? Have set opening hours so the services can be switched off to save money!
